Lambeth have taken every opportunity to reduce the carbon footprint of their existing
housing stock by improving insulation, upgrading glazing and generally improving
energy efficiency. But they haven't just stopped there, by introducing photovoltaic
panels as part of their roof renewal programme they are really smashing the carbon
footprint of their existing housing stock.
