In 1996 the company completed it’s first installation of Solar Photovoltaics on a
BP service station at Bedford, BP became a pioneer in Solar Energy for buildings
and the single largest generator of Solar PV electricity in the UK.

Since 1996 Solar Green has had the privilege of working in several landmark projects.
2002 - Solar Green installed over 400kW of Solar PV for Woking Borough Council Woking,
making the Council the single largest owner of PV on housing in the UK. more
2004 - Solar Green completes the largest Building Integrated Solar Energy system
in the UK incorporating Solar Cells within the glazing for the brand new HQ of Suffolk
County Council. more
2005 - Solar Green delivers the largest Solar PV system in Scotland for Napier Universitys’
Merchiston Campus Building a system covering 6 storeys. more
